Critical appreciation:- Gieve Patel begins the poem with  very tragic sound and words.He expresses his remorse upon poor Indian servents who, comes from villages and sold their farming land for city life. He emphasises the pain of their heart and their mentality about insufficient places they acquire in the city. Therefore, he begins the poem from the night scene where lights are shuts down and darkness prevail around the scinario. This is the darkness of mind also, where people enters with their craving in the mind. The poet analyse their physical appearance,that all these servents who have been always departed from the luxurious life. Their skin colour turned black and their fingers are skinny and shiny because of they inhale cigrette. Smoke all the time by getting tired from their tough life style. Q: Describe the procedure followed by the court in aiming at  its decision? A:  International court follows most slowest and most complicated procedure which could possibly describe the ingenueinity of man. Hence, in all the 12 years of its existence it had decided not more than 30 cases. *The court is bilingual with the two recognised language, English and French. The court also follow the process of translation if the argument the either language. * There are no dialogues and arguments between judges and the bar. So that the art of advocacy is completely absent from the court. Q: what are chgla's views on international court?
